Biologics Scientist

We are looking for a Scientist within the department of biologics where you will be profiling and evaluating new therapeutic proteins at the transition from research to development.

As a scientist in Cell line development, you will generate stable CHO production cell lines of antibodies and other recombinant proteins.
You will apply plasmid transfection method and sterile mammalian cell culture technique. Your responsibility will include timely delivery of high quality CHO cell line also you will initiate In-process analytics of products and monitor the results.

Minimum requirements:

-MSc. or BSc in biotechnology, biology, preferably with professional experience.
-Profound experience in working with mammalian cell culture in shake flask scale (CHO cells).
- Good command of German is essential; knowledge of English would be an advantage.
- Documentation in Electronic Lab Book
- Experience with ELN from IDBS and/or DQP (or GMP) is a plus.
