THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Experience analysing RNAseq & microarray data Unix/Linux
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Process RNAseq data using inhouse pipline
- QC of RNAseq and microarray projects
- Analysis of microarray data for immunology discovery and diagnostics program
- Performing miscellaneous bioinformatics analysis to assist others in supporting immunology related areas
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- R programming language high level of proficiency
- Scripting language experience helpful (Perl, Python, etc.)
- Experience analysing RNAseq & microarray data Unix/Linux proficiency
- Understanding of bioinformatics tools
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS or Ph.D.
