Responsibilities:

- development of predictive biomarkers of drug response, analysis of experimental data from diverse technological platforms in molecular biology and pharmacology, as well as develop novel methods for harnessing data from various sources
- apply statistical theory such as mixed effects models
- handle raw molecular biology data including microarrays, qPCR, RNA-seq
- apply machine learning methods within biomedical data

Requirements:

- Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, Statistical Genetics, Computational Biology
- min. 2-3 years industry experience after post-doc
- Min 2 years experience in Bioinformatics programming in R, and database work with Oracle or SQL
