MY DUTIES:

- The Bioinformatics and Exploratory Data Analysis (BEDA) team, Basel, is looking for a bioinformatician to support single-cell analyses workflows
- The position is embedded in a group of Bioinformaticians and Biostatisticians with the mission to provide project teams across all Disease Translational Areas with state-of-the-art support in data integration, data analysis and data interpretation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master/PhD in Bioinformatics, biostatistics, computational biology, informatics (PhD is favored)
- Experience with expression data, omics data analysis
- Programming languages: Python is a must, R is an advantage
- Proficiency and demonstrated experience in developing and working with bioinformatics tools and methods
