IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Transfer of analytical methods and their optimization/troubleshooting: ELISAs and cell-based assays
-Maintenance and monitoring of cell culture and preparation for cell-based assays, e.g. CHO cells, T-Lymphocytes
-Implementation and performance of SPR methods
-Performance and documentation of analytical tests for release, stability and recertification of biotech products
-Evaluation of analytical data and creating reports for filing with agencies
-Authoring of GMP documents: e.g. Analytical Methods, SOPs, Change Controls
-Responsibility for and documentation of deviations: NOEs, CAPAs, Lab Investigations
-Participation in international projects and active collaboration within the global bioanalytical development team

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree with experience or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or another related discipline
-Proven hands-on experience with ELISAs and cell-based assays - fundamental technical understanding is required for trouble shooting
-Experience in handling and maintaining mammalian cell culture
-Familiar with handling and analysis of antibodies and other proteins
-Fluency in English with good oral and written communication skills
-Highly structured work style with strong focus on precision and data integrity
-Familiarity with cGMPs desirable
-Strong team player, demonstrating mutual respect
