ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 7 - 10 years minimum experience as a Toxicologist or Bio-Chemist and seasoned as an expert witness.
Contract basis. Client to negotiate work schedule for billable hours.
My client is looking for someone who could review the current medical records and file an affidavit attesting to the fact that anyone taking the client's medication could test positive for THD. Eventually, the expert could be called to testify at an arbitration hearing at the New York City Transit Authority, 2 Broadway, New York, NY. The expert would be compensated, and if from out of town, provided lodging and per diem expenses.
Must possesses appropriate academic credentials
Weekly salary will be discussed by Recruiter
