Bim Tools Configuration Specialist - Herts and London - £28/hr

Our client is implementation BIM at level 2 onto all of their projects nationwide and requires BIM Tools Configuration Specialists to work within this, developing consistency in the use of BIM applications.

There are a number of duties and responsibilities in this role, mainly the following:

- Configuration of Building and Infrastructure sectors of BIM tools, managing compliant data and information drops throughout the project. This is mainly done in COBie UK 2012 et al, and develop 3d BIM models
- Manage Middleware linking design and construction with asset management
- Advise the supply chain on which tools to use. This will include both internal and external stakeholders within the project

You will need to be at least Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering and have membership of a relevant Engineering institute, as well as a broad range of experience, specifically highways and waterways. Strong organisational skills are a must as well.
