BILLINGS AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in HERSEY, PA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Accounting and/or regulatory background preferred
- Advanced and thorough knowledge of ECIS, JD Edwards, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for providing Analyst support and administrative assistance to the regional managers in the Customer Relationship Services of the business; provide support for short-term and long-term projects related to the business.
- Assists with the state's billing, payment and collections related processes and initiatives.
- Responsible for assisting with reporting, database maintenance and functions within the operations areas of the business with minimal oversight and instruction.
- Researches and abstracts information and supporting data in preparation for meetings, projects, and reports this including data compilation, research, tables and graphs.
- Responsible for assisting with State reports specific to payments, billing and collection processes. This include monitoring billing, collections and payment related activities, reports, proposals, presentations, and spreadsheets based on knowledge of various software packages to ensure region is meeting its performance goals. Assists in the preparation of projects.
- Assesses and assists in meeting Collections, Billing, Payments and
- Service Deliver Performance targets Composes correspondence and handles telephone requests.
- Works with Network Operations, production, Customer Relationship Services Management, CSC and SSC to resolve CSC and SSC related issues impacting state's ability to provide superior service.
- Understanding of processes necessary to ensure appropriate handling by the CSC and SSC Billing, Collections and Payment functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Excellent communication verbal& written abilities
- Using various computer programs especially Microsoft office
- Three to five years administrative experience in utility operations, Accounting, or related area preferred
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of project management techniques.
- Advanced and thorough knowledge of ECIS, JD Edwards, MS Word, database skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
