Key responsibilities for Billings Analyst:
*Setting up and maintaining matters, timekeepers and rates on the varied eBilling platforms.
*Creating and transforming eBilling LEDES files (XML) and uploading to eBilling platforms.
*Supporting finance teams globally with eBilling related issues.
*Liaison with partners, fee earners and external clients.
*Ad-hoc reporting related to eBilling.
*Set up of new eBilling clients on chosen eBilling platform.
To apply for this Billings Analyst role, you must be from a professional services background (legal, architecture, consultancy etc.) and have at least 4 years' experience with billings. Prior experience with ebilling platforms such as Tymetrix, Eliot, Sharedoc and Serengeti would be a huge advantage, as would knowledge of Elite (Enterprise or 3E). As a Billings Analyst you will have strong Excel skills, and have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
