Our Client a global telecoms company based in Brussels is searching for a Billing Technical Lead able to coordinate, design and maintain the architecture, infrastructure of the Billing system.
As the Billing Technical Lead you will be involved in current design, future design, operational follow-up, problem solving and standardisation also enhancement on the software factory for the billing system. We are looking for a Billing Technical Lead with good knowledge of SQL, C, Pro*C, Oracle and Oracle forms, the Billing Technical Lead will also be expected to have experience with billing systems ideally IBIS.

Essential Skills:
- Good knowledge: SQL, C, Pro*C, Oracle (query optimisation, debugging, tuning), Oracle Forms.
- Experience with billing system, optimisation issue, troubleshooting.
- In-depth understanding of the various concept of software architecture,
- Good theoretical Computer Sciences bases (Datamodelling, RDBMS theory, algorithm complexity, application design, scalability) and the ability to put the theory into practice.
- Able to structure, plan and follow development
- Able to split technical activities into tasks, estimate them and commit on their realization
- Able to work alone or in team (and drive/coordinate the team)
