Key responsibilities:
* Responsibility of process adherence and implementation within the Billing Team
* Assessing and Documenting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) currently in existence and delivering new SOP's
* Review of unbilled orders and queries with the billing team to ensure accuracy in all transactions
* Assist the Manager in setting and producing Key Performance Indicators and measuring against them
* To support the Manager in reviewing and improving processes within the Credit control area
* Provide Weekly/Monthly and adhoc reports and updates
You will have previous experience of working in a high volume Invoice processing Role, within a senior position, with a proven track record of process reviews.
You will be a self-starter with the ability to use your own initiative to resolve problems, with excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills with a solutions focused mind.
