KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Your role as BILLING SUPPORT ANALYST is to take responsibility for resolving complex issues encompassing relationship, issue management and change management.
- Provide high level of technical advice and take lead in service improvement for nominated customers.
- Provide technical advice, consultancy and undertake customer demonstrations.
- To assist with the delivery of invoices and billing reporting for major contracts or multiple contracts.
- To build and maintain effective working relationship with the customer and stakeholders.
- Ensure SLA or contract deliverables are achieved and customer expectations are met.
- Design, implement continuously improve to processes and systems to optimise performance.
- Provide technical advice and consultancy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT WITH PROVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
- ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF MS EXCEL.
- COMPETENT LEVEL OF ABILITY IN MICROSOFT WORD, POWERPOINT, PROJECT AND VISIO.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent analysis skills, with experience in writing documents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and a high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of process management methodologies.
