Billing Specialist/Billing Business Analyst/Chain Analyst

As a Billing Chain Analyst you are the linking pin between everything and everybody involved in Billing and Collections. You are able to balance between Business, IT, Technology, Billing and Finance. You are able to grasp the bigger picture, but you are also able to get into the right level of detail to drive out the requirements needed for this transition in such a way that it delivers the optimal result. Besides that you are also capable of communicating at all levels, whether this is operational, tactical or even strategical.

This is what you will be doing
You work closely with various parts of the organisation like IT change teams, Architects and Solution designers, IT Shared Services and also Consumer and Enterprise Solutions Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Regulatory, Revenue Assurance, Business Intelligence and Network to ensure alignment. You understand the full Telco value chain, from concept to invoice and can relate this to customer behavior. You are highly analytical and able to support your vision with solid facts. You are eager to learn and understand and capable to lead. You set requirements, make agreements and follow up on them. You are able to influence without power, facilitate actions between various groups and collate and present the result on behalf of the various parties.

*Capturing the requirements in the rating, billing, collections and reporting domain to ensure that the development we make towards the simplified architecture is:
oalways supports increasing the NPS long term
oallowing us to be more flexible commercially
oresulting in an environment that is more fun to operate with lesser incidents
*Representing Billing Analysis in key discussions about direction and prioritization of development.
*Ensuring optimal functioning of the billing chain by measuring and monitoring the CRM and usage chain and by acting on deviations
*Maintain updated and clear roles and clear procedures in the full billing chain landscape
*Strengthening the team by proactively focusing at team/company priorities and devising initiatives that help to get there
*Ensuring and continuously enhance customer experience together with Consumer & Business department.
*Taking the lead for any Billing chain item to local/central RA, local/central Network/IT, Business

Your skills

*Master's degree in Information/Technological/Economical Study
*Academic work- and thinking level.
*Proficient in English, Dutch knowledge is an advantage
*Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience
*Proven experience in either Solution Design, Architecture for a Telecommunications provider is essential
*Experience with models like business process framework, enhanced Telecom Operator Map (eTOM), TMForum Information Framework SID
*In-depth Knowledge of Telecoms IT and Network infrastructure (Rating/Billing/Application management/Business intelligence and 4G/VoLTE)
*Good understanding of the financial Collections, Treatment and Reporting processes.
*Able to translate between development and operations (working in DevOps teams preferred)
*Proficient in SQL/Business intelligence/Monitoring tools
*Experience with working in international environments (multiple cultures and
*locations)
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbally
*Strong documentation, planning and organizing skills (IREB certification preferred)
