Billing Specialist

Our client is looking to engage the services of a Billing Specialist to take lead in implementing new bill reporting solutions including undertaking customer MBRS demonstrations for sales Opportunities or invoicing contracts. Take responsibility for resolving complex issues encompassing relationship, issue management and change management. Provide high level of technical advice and take lead in billing service improvement for nominated customers.

- Provide technical advice, consultancy and undertake customer MBRS demonstrations.
- Be accountable for billing service lead for key strategic initiatives for the delivery of bill reporting services and implement processes to improve customer service.
- To manager delivery of invoices and billing reporting for major contracts or multiple contracts.
- To ensure adherence to the contractual requirements. Including new requirements and change management.
- To build and maintain effective working relationship with the customer and stakeholders.
- Ensure SLA or contract deliverables are achieved and customer expectations are met.
- Design, implement continuously improve to processes and systems to optimise performance.
- Provide technical advice and consultancy.
