EXPERIENCE: Ericsson, Technical Billing background, EMA, EMM. Minimum 6 years' experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing technical and functional ownership of the Revenue Assurance areas for the Billing Operations
- Produces daily/weekly/monthly management reports on the progress of scheduled and unscheduled Revenue assurance initiatives
- In charge of providing monthly Billing Dashboard.
- Analyzing and studying the impact and risk of new services and current services on the billing stream.
- Design new procedures for reconciliations and newly introduced services.
- Analyzing data from data sources and defining leakage areas in the billing stream, starting from the initiation lf the call till the actual rating of the call in the billing system including GPRS, MMS and other services.
- Ensuring that the Revenue Assurance reports are correct.
- In charge of reconciliation between nearly all available data sources in the billing stream.
- Making sure that the profiles between all network elements and the billing system are consistent.
