- Responsible for all areas of the bill, invoice, reconciliation and audit functions. Includes bill invoice review, creating reports on billing invoice for Invoice reconciliation of hours billed to hours coded in time reporting systems.
- Purchase order and invoice processing,
- Oracle database data entry and accrual preparation.
- Processing of turf purchase order requests.
- Communicates with many levels of management and departments.
- Develops and responsible for report generation.
- May perform one or more billing operations.
SKILLS
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience within a heavy volume, order processing or data entry environment, preferably with Microsoft Excel and/or Oracle. Excel, Typing and Data Entry, Verbal and Written Communications, Strong organizational skills, Analytical skills, Problem solving, Time management skills required.
