- Data entry skills
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High Proficiency in Microsoft SQL
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to handle high volume
- Willing to work overtime as needed
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of relevant industry experience w/order management skills/knowledge demonstrated
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures subscriptions are accurately keyed
- Ensures 2 billing systems are in sync
- Serve as backup for Hosted Solutions billing personnel
- Suggest ongoing continuous improvements to the billing process
- Other data analysis duties as assigned.
