Billing contractor BANKING BRUSSELS

You will be joining the Group Accounting Service and be part of the billing & collections team.

As a member of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

Accounts Receivable Management
Be responsible of at least one of the banks billing system
Maintain carefully the master data in our ERP system which is Oracle EBS
Maintain up to date the billing system (ie client master data, tariff, billing hierarchy)
Reconcile your GL on a monthly basis
Have contact with the different stakeholders of the E2E billing chain to make sure the process is fully followed and the billing is always up to date
Be part of the meeting with the departments to give advices and agreed new implementation due to new pricing strategy
Help commercial to answer client billing questions
Analyse trend for both the banking products and revenue
Follow-up your KPI to make sure you are reaching the target

Apply the banks Golden rules in term of time respond
Be exemplar in the quality of the emails you are sending to our clients

Collection support:

Help collection team to produce the aging report to be sent to the management and different committees
Help collection team to coordinate the aging status with the different department involved (ie commercial, local CSD's)
Give your view on the aging to help collection to take the appropriate actions
Be backup to reconcile the receipts in case of absence

Continuous Improvement:

Implement processes to increase the standardisation
Develop your knowledge regarding our ERP system (Oracle EBS)

YOUR PROFILE:

Accounting degree
Experience in a similar function
You have experience working with an integrated ERP system, preferably Oracle
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot table, basic macros)
Ideally bilingual (English- French or English -Dutch) with a sound knowledge of the second national language
Pro-active attitude, initiative taker
Team player
Client -minded
Rigorous, detailed-oriented. Able to analyse figures and to prepare reporting
Ability to cope with pressure and to handle multiple tasks
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Rate: 250-300 euros per day

Duration: 6 months extendable

Language: English but multilingual would be preferable
