BILLING CLERK needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CREVE COEUR, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- We order all parts & services related to numerous simultaneous projects. The Billing Clerk will oversee the payment portion of our process.
- Responsible for figuring out amounts owed from purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc, and for gathering & reviewing invoices.
- Maintain payment records - track outstanding payments, research any payment problems and work to resolve them.
- Handle recurring payments (like utilities), assist with ordering, and maintaining our tracking systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field.
- Strong SAP skills are required and advanced Excel skills are very beneficial.
- Experience with expense reporting software (eg Concur) is a plus.
- There will be a lot of work in custom IT tracking tools, and the role requires learning these systems.
