Billing Business Acceptance Test Analysts

Projektbeschreibung
Require Two Experienced Test Analysts for a 3-6 month contract starting immediately. Must have extensive telecoms and billing experience and an indepth understanding and insight into the telecoms customer life cycle across:
- Sales/Order Mgt - Provisioning - Support - Bill - Reporting - Terminate Customer - Winback Customer
It is essential that the analysts are self-motivated and have a demonstrable history of delivery in a complex programme environment. An in depth knowledge of telecoms business processes is essential as resources would be required to translate multipath customer journeys into a cohesive business test set within a short timeframe.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the development of the BAT Test Plan
- Define the BAT Test Cases and Test Scripts. Test Cases are to be devised for the key Customer Journeys
- Define the BAT Test Data Requirements to enable the execution of the BAT test cases
- Support the definition of the BAT Test Entry Criteria
- Support the definition of the BAT Test Exit Criteria across the various business unit stakeholders
o Finance
o Sales
o Customer Care
o Product Development - Co-ordinate the execution of Business Acceptance Tests across the business units
Essential Expertise:
- 5+ years' experience in a telecoms environment
- Extensive UAT/BAT experience
- Extensive billing system experience
- Excellent Quality Centre Experience
