Billing and Collections Process Lead

Responsibilities:

◦Through effective management of the team drive the definition of detailed business procedures to deliver a scalable process with robust controls to include :
◦seamless integration with existing systems and processes
◦together with the supporting process controls and measures
◦Drive the definition of the lead business testing requirements for the new global standard processes
◦Identify any training requirements for the new systems
◦Establish necessary data that requires migration to new technical platforms
◦Define, plan and lead transition to new processes whilst minimising the impact of change on Customers, Sales and Service
◦Evaluation of any on-going costs incurred as a result of the change of current processes
◦Keep all key stakeholders full informed as to the project progression

Required Skills and Experience:

◦Ability to plan and manage resources to deliver required tasks to time and cost
◦Knowledge of current SAP technical solution
◦Detailed knowledge of Billing and Receivables
◦Experience of working with customers in a financial operational environment
◦Understanding the business impact of a large transition programme on customers and business financials
◦End to end business understanding
◦Previous experience in implementing a customer transition programme from one system to another
◦Ability to quickly assimilate how a new billing systems work

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable.
