Billing and Collections Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

◦Assist in the definition of detailed business procedures to deliver a scalable process with robust controls to include :
◦seamless integration with existing systems and processes
◦definition of supporting process controls and measures
◦Assist in the definition of the lead business testing requirements for the new global standard processes
◦Ensure training requirements for the new systems are captured as the processes are defined
◦Establish necessary data that requires migration to new technical platforms
◦Assist in the definition, planning to transition to new processes whilst minimising the impact of change on Customers, Sales and Service

Required Skills and Experience:

◦Ability to clearly document processes and requirements
◦Comprehensive knowledge of current SAP technical solution
◦Detailed knowledge of Billing and Receivables
◦Experience of working with customers in a financial operational environment
◦Understanding the business impact of a large transition programme on customers and business financials
◦End to end business understanding
◦Previous experience in implementing a customer transition programme from one system to another
◦Ability to quickly assimilate how a new billing systems work
