Job Description:

He/she is a senior analyst/architect assigned to the Billing interfaces applications, more exactly the provisioning of the mobile billing system (KENAN), with functional and technical knowledge of the End-to-end Billing stream, including pre- and post- billing applications and interfaces.

Her/His primary responsibilities are:

- Main analyst in the Synchronizer Tibco phases out project.
- Write the functional design documents, review of the technical design, test cases, etc.
- Continuously support for developers, users, operation until the GO LIVE.

If needed:

- Project member in the major billing projects with Synchronizer impact.
- Will help guiding the projects to a successful implementation making sure that the integration with all other applications is performed in a correct way.
- Will play the role of SPOC to other projects/departments related to the billing projects.
- Will be involved in other projects related to the billing applications and interfaces and tools.
- Work according to the agreed specification standards and methodologies in order to ensure correctness and full understanding of business requirements.

- Understands the users' needs
- Analyse the business requirement and able to turn these into an elegant and efficient Kenan implementation
- Decides on technical and functional solutions to be implemented: writing of Solution strategy and architectural design documents
- Confirm, with the billing users and the development team, the deliverables, the plan and the effort of each implementation.

Skills and Experience:

- Analysis experience in complex IT environments in larger organisations, telecom billing preferably.
- Experience with project methodology (PMI)
- Large Experience in project development and implementation.
- TIBCO knowledge and experience
- Familiar with Office Automation tools MS Office, Project, Visio
- Have working experience in at least one functional domain like CRM, Billing.
- Experience with Mobile, fixed and Internet telecom business or Real Time customer facing applications
- Knowledge of the Kenan database model (ADMIN, CUSTOMER, CATALOGUE).
- Expert knowledge of the billing processes (BIP)
- Thorough understanding of auxiliary processes (TOP, MRM, JNL, payment processes).
- Proven experience in designing Kenan customizations, including using Kenan standard API's.
- Experience in using the Kenan configuration tools (Customer Care Info, Kenan Maintenance tables)
- Thorough knowledge of the system parameters and how changes to these impact the Kenan/BP processes.
- Proven ability to perform fast and efficient troubleshooting (using standard logs, report tables).
- Experience of system integration (EAI) and interfaces
- Know how of the client Mobile IT architecture & implementation strategies is a plus.
- Know-how of Change management process & methodology (Knowledge of PMI is a plus).

Languages: English mandatory, Dutch and French an advantage.
