Billing Analyst - Madrid

I am recruiting for an experienced Billing Analyst for a 12 month contract based in Madrid.

We are ideally looking for someone with the key skills listed below:- Key Skills:

- Proven experience of Billing gained within a European and/or International organisation working with direct and virtual teams
- Direct experience of Project and Process management
- Detailed understanding of the end to end business processes
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Telecommunication business
- Previous experience of managing at all levels, director to clerk, and interfacing with customers
- Direct experience of providing a proactive and responsive service to internal customers
- Demonstrate a high level of professional work discipline and attention to detail as well as keeping the big picture
- Previous experience and knowledge of Interconnect Billing
- Demonstrate direct experience of working with InterconnecT systems
- Previous experience in working with support teams from Interconnect billing vendors
