Billing Analyst

BILLING ANALYST BENTONVILLE, AR CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
- Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.
- Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.
- Must work onsite in Bentonville, AR.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in accounting or related financial discipline a plus
- 2+ years financial and/or accounting experience required
- Knowledge of legal and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting
- Must be an advanced Excel user
- Previous experience with additional computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to think and work independently, as well as manage ones time effectively
