Billing Analyst

A Billing Analyst is required for our client a leading mobile operator to join a small team within a large Revenue Assurance and Billing team and be a Subject Matter Expert. Working cross functionally within the wider business to implement propositions, new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:- - Helping to define and deliver requirements for new propositions including Price Plans and Add-ons
- Ensuring that Customer Experience for billing is protected and improved where possible
- Ownership of the charging document approval process to ensure that all price plans are clearly documented and managed in a timely and accurate manner
- This involves engagement with key business stakeholders (ie Finance, Marketing, IT and Development teams)
- Responsible for providing Post Implementation Testing to ensure that new propositions are performing as per design, involving working closely with the Marketing and Testing teams to ensure that any post launch risks can be mitigated
- Addressing queries in relation to existing number ranges.

The Billing Analyst requires someone to drive improvements for business changes, work under pressure to tight deadlines, have the ability to be articulate in all forums and to be committed to making things happen to support the overall achievement for the team. To liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to billing and represent the team in cross functional meetings.
