Projektbeschreibung
You would be responsible for providing a billing service, capturing and maintaining all appropriate billing data, resolving customer billing queries/issues whilst meeting business and regulatory KPIs/targets and specified quality levels. Providing accurate and timely management information reports as required.
The successful candidate would ideally have some call centre skills as the role is dealing directly with customers by telephone.
If you have an excellent working knowledge of billing processes, policies and systems, including the ability to input and report on data, have a technical understanding of how systems and processes operate regarding the delivery of service and have full knowledge of MS Office including Excel and are interested, please contact me.
