Billing Administrator - 5/6 Month Contract - £13 per hour

PTS Consulting is urgently seeking a Billing Administrator work within a leading financial services organisation based in Edinburgh. Working as part of a team of 7 people, you will generate client invoices using the Corporate Billing System and manual billing processes, mainly using excel. This is a 5 -6 month contract but there is a very high chance that the role will be extended further.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for billing clients, using CBS, ensuring compliance with procedures, internal audit and SOX requirements
- Prepare invoices for manually invoiced clients in excel, produce summary information, and analysis in excel in accordance with client's requirements
- Maintain key billing information to ensure any outstanding billing is promptly followed up with Client Managers
- Provide a professional and attentive service to Client Manages in dealing with ad-hoc Billing queries
- Work with other members of the Billings Team to ensure all areas of work are adequately covered
- Communicate regularly with Billings Manager on any billing issues

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Excel skills to a high standard are critical.
- Client billing experience

- Excellent communicator
- Team Player
