Morson International are currently working with a global organisation who are looking for a biller to join their team based in Glasgow. The role is to support the business by entering job setups and billing clients.
Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:
* Entering job setups and revisions into the account system and maintaining rate tables
* Checking that the job setups are supported by the adequate contractual backup and are properly authorised
* Updating rate tables
* Raising invoices that are complete, accurate, timely and authorised by higher management
* Creating final invoices
* Processing credit notes and voids
* Liaising with management to ensure billing targets are achieved
