Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant Level II Job

BILINGUAL IN SPANISH MEDICAL ASSISTANT II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN DIEGO, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Medical Assistant Certificate in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
- CPR/BLS In State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must have a minimum of Two - Five (2-5) years experience as a Medical Assistant in a Pediatric Setting

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients charts
- Provide & document clinical care & associated tasks, as assigned
- Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients
- Utilizes appropriate age & developmental approach in application of care..
- Keys data into computer to maintain clinic and patient records

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have a High School Diploma
- Medical Assistant Certificate in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
- CPR/BLS In State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Must have a minimum of Two-Five (2-5) years experience as a Medical Assistant in a Pediatric Setting
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, is Required

The duration will be four months and the schedule is Mon.-Fri. 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
