Bilingual SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) Job

BILINGUAL SDET (SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER IN TEST) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, WA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Fluent in either French, Spanish, Italian or German is helpful.
- At least one to two (1 - 2) years of coding experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the international engineering of a voice activated mobile phone app. Knowing your local market is key.
- Core responsibility will include ensuring quality of daily builds, debugging test automation and manually interacting with the product to improve the quality of the application's natural language responses adhering to cultural norms and practices.
- Providing input and suggestions towards tailoring the app to your home market.
- You will also interact with other teams within the company working towards the same goal.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalentexperience
- Approximately two (2) years of coding experience in C# or C++
- Work with limited supervision, proactive and self-motivated for timely delivery of test code.
- Self-driven to tease out cultural norms and natural language issues through manual interaction with the product.
- Good collaboration skills and excellent team player.
- Clear and compelling communication skills.
- User driven focus.
- Experience shipping at least one product.
