On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a FRENCH SPEAKING RECRUITER FOR A CONTRACT ROLE AT A SWISS BANK IN THE SUISSE ROMANDE REGION.
Are you a confident, positive and motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy a fast-paced team-driven environment? If you answered yes to all of the above, we'd like you to apply on the following role:
Description:
- Manage the recruitment portfolio covering VD, FR, NE, JU and VS within Retail Banking and Wealth Management
- Candidate recruitment and retention: Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates utilizing social networking, cold calls, job boards and internal company database
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Book interviews and debrief candidates after interviews
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Ideally looking for in-house recruitment experience; agency recruitment experience will also be considered
- Must speak fluent French and either English or German (ideally German)
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Banking experience is considered a strong plus
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer focused
- Ability to do presentations to senior management
