BILINGUAL MEDICAL/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Hatfield, PA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Medical or Administrative Assistant experience
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform duties and responsibilities associated with outpatient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and insurance pre certification
- Making up and pulling patient files, assisting patients with paperwork completion
- Faxing paperwork, using a register for transaction
- Medical Assistant Duties

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be Bilingual - Spanish speaking
- Must be customer focused and possess good communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with running simple EMR reports.
- Must be comfortable with assisting the Provider during a medical emergency.
- High school education or GED required
- CPR certification required

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completion of certified/accredited Medical Assistant training program
- Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant (eg CMA, AAMA, RMA, AMT, NAHP)
- Experience in Occupational Medicine clinic environment
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
