Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BILINGUAL (JAPANESE) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join our client in San Diego, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communication between team members, vendors and all inter-company resources
- Acquisition and tracking of development hardware & software
- Follow-up with other departments including Finance, Legal, etc. on various administrative tasks
- Work with Facilities on any departmental needs/repairs
- Assisting with various operations events, event planning, etc. as needed
- Able to take on special projects - Interdepartmental/Regional Meetings set-up, etc.
- Preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements and other Legal requests
- Processing Vendor/Service Maintenance contracts
- Processing of Monthly & Milestone payments for developers
- Set-up New Vendors
- Coordinate purchasing for all departments, track inventory and maintain stock supplies
- Process Check Requests/Invoices for payment
- Data entry of financial expenditures into studio tracking software
- Assisting with Shipping & Receiving

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong proficiency with MS Office
- Executive level support experience preferred
- Experience supporting a product development department is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Japanese (fluent in translation verbal & written)
