Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Help Desk Support Level I or II

Yoh has a six (6) month plus contract opportunity for a BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) - HELP DESK SUPPORT LEVEL I OR II OR II TO join our client in Houston, Texas.

KEY SKILLS: Level I support, Active Directory System, Altiris or similar ticketing system.

JOB OVERVIEW:
This role is 1ST LINE SUPPORT LEVEL; the focus will be to address problems while the user is on the call and provide a technical solution. A Bilingual (English/Spanish) consultant is needed to support South America operations of the client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IT SERVICE/HELP DESK ANALYST LEVEL I WILL BE A PART OF THE SERVICE DESK PROVIDING A SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR CLIENT\'S CUSTOMERS.
- Handle and record all service requests via telephone, email and web interface.
- Perform initial assessment of service requests and attempt to resolve and/or escalate to the second or third line party support, based on agreed service levels.
- Monitor and escalate, as required, all service request according to agreed service levels.
- Keep users informed on the status of service requests.
- Provide first line hardware and software support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fully experienced in the use of the ACTIVE DIRECTORY SYSTEM, this is used FOR ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION, CREATIONS AND DELETIONS OF ACCOUNTS.
- Service Desk experience is required along with Active Directory experience.
- Candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with an exceptional telephone manner.
- Good all round knowledge of MS Office products, Windows XP, Windows 7 and the Internet.
- Working knowledge of Altiris or with a similar ticketing system.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- The ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work in a team and also a busy environment juggling tasks as required.
