- Assisting customers with billing issues
- Performing data entry and updating customer accounts.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must have administrative and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Should have office experience with high customer traffic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly detail oriented and great organization skills.
- Strong time management.
