Bilingual Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST to join our team working with the European Commission in Brussels to deliver key IT projects to support various European initiatives.

Working with the Directorate for IT (DIGIT) you will be assisting in the implementation of a new common software platform to support the hiring and management of staff across all departments.

Key tasks will include:

- Analysis of Business needs, functional and non-functional requirements;
- Business model analysis and modelling;
- Process analysis;
- Assistance in elaborating Business Case documents;
- Risk analysis.

Your profile:

- Degree plus 10 years Professional IT experience
- 4 years experience in BPM and modelling tools
- Experience with Prince2, PMP or similar methodologies would be an advantage
- Experience working in a large multicultural team
- Fluent in French and English (Minimum C1 level)

Location: BRUSSELS

Language: ENGLISH and FRENCH are mandatory.

- Fluent in both languages French & English as there will be documents/meetings in French & English. Candidates will not be selected If not bilingual
- Project management skills will be a plus
- Webdesign & prototype knowledge is an asset aswell
- This role is in a small new team (pm,analyst, programmers) where they have a project to add some functionalities to Sysper.

They need the functionalities for EC officials to track interviews/registrations results/career objects and the application should allow good management reporting.
