Big Data - Solution Architect and Business Analyst

We are looking for a very dynamic individual who has strong Solution Architect/Business Analysis skills to help facilitate between the business and IT functions.

Our customer has some very high level business goals and it will be your role to help facilitate and build on these goals.

You will be reporting into CIO/CFO level and be part of the initial discovery phase to first understand more about the business needs and then look at how IT should be supporting the business to achieve their goals. Data is at the heart of the business and their customers and Big Data and Analytics will play a big part of the solution so experience of this arena is required.

We are looking for someone who has worked in the digital, media or advertising industries.

Proven experience of:

- Structured Business Analysis and documentation skills
- Solution Architect - within digital/Big Data environment
- Able to facilitate C-level stakeholders
- Experience of working on Big Data projects, technologies and architectures (including open source)
- Strong Data centric business problem experience
- Excellent communicator
- Have worked within a creative agency, advertising, digital environment would be ideal
- Reported into CIO/CFO level
- Personality - can-do mindset, enthusiastic and analytical
