BIG DATA/HADOOP SECURITY EXPERT/ARCHITECT | BANKING

Brussels: 6 month's (renewable)

Our banking client is looking for a Big Data security specialist who can help their IT and business teams to define appropriate security controls and to assess security risks of solutions. Current projects are based on Hadoop technologies but will also require visionary security architecture of the data access control. Data analytics, data extractions and data leak prevention solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Support IT projects and main IT changes based on our security expertise and with an adequate risk analysis;
* Contribute to data security normative framework and assess impacts for the bank Big Data projects.
* Develop new access control model to support a big data "enabled "organization.
* Advice and contribute to security architecture projects.
* Guarantee usage and conformity of project according to security architecture rules and methodology.
* Participation to external workgroups and regular contact with security providers.
* Point of contact for business on Information Security related topics.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

*10 years of professional experience in IST
* Information security in general (awareness of the best/common security practices in the field of application development/IT projects).
* Good understanding of IT security technology and processes (PKI, Secure data centre, secure networking, web infrastructure, IAM, etc.);
* Good conceptual knowledge of the Information Security Standards
* Experience in access control/authorization models
* STRONG EXPERIENCE IN BIG DATA (Hadoop) related projects and associated data security model ("lake" concept, analytical tools,)

PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE:

* Experience in Data Leak Prevention solution implementation projects
* Past experience in the field of ISO 2700x based Technical Risk Assessments or Audits (assessment, mitigation plan development etc.)
* CISSP
* CISA
