As IT DevOps Engineer Big Data Hadoop at the Bank you fulfil in a professional team of Development- and Operations Engineers (DevOps team) a major IT substantive role in the development and testing of several high-tech infrastructure environments.

You work as an IT Engineer DeveOps is very diverse, but to your main tasks/focus areas include:

- Building of the Hadoop environment (also in terms of design and architecture)
- Support in the operation (Incident/Problem/Change)
- Business support applicative migrations

General and Technical knowledge/experience:

Minimum Bachelor degree;
At least 4 years experience in a complex IT environment;
Certification and/or demonstrated proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages;
Knowledge of and experience with Scrum.
Experience with Continuous Delivery is preferred.
Monitoring/Automation/Scheduling/Administration (CMDB)
Security setup/Monitoring/Network/Firewall/Load Balancers/Stepping Stone
Hadoop Ecosystem (based on HDP) with emphasis on HDFS and Ambari
Mainstream Unix security solutions including kerberos
Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Storage backup/restore/DR
Open source tools
Knowledge of BI (Cognos) and analytics solutions is a plus
