BIG DATA ENGINEERS

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for BIG DATA ENGINEERS with strong technical knowledge in the Big Data area. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidates who can start as soon as possible. ROLES:

DEV OPS

- Configuration Management (Saltstack, Puppet, Chef, Ansible) within a strong UNIX environment (preferably Redhat)
- Strong Python Scripting and some Bash Scripting
- Experience with distributed systems (Hadoop preferred) and secure networking

HADOOP ADMINISTRATOR

- Strong experience with Scripting and Kerberos enabled clusters
- Experience in working with streaming services (Kafka, Flume)
- Must have skills: Batch ETL (Hive/PIG/Spark) and Cloudera/Hortenworks
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge about core services

BIG DATA DEVELOPER

- Very strong knowledge of Python, Scala and Spark
- Good knowledge of Machine Learning concepts
- Hadoop experience is necessary
- Data Science with Spark/R/ScikitLearn
