Projektbeschreibung
The successful Engineer will be driven and able to develop large scalable platforms as the role will involve designing and developing data solutions and working on cutting edge next generation analytics.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Previous experience in developing data platforms (for machine processing, data warehousing, data mining, event processing, analysis and reporting)
- To have used Cloud infrastructures; AWS essential (Chef, Puppet)
- Hadoop (Hive, Pig, HBase)
- To have used at least one of the following for Software Development; Python, Java, Ruby, C, Bash
- Expert in using SQL (or Excel)
- Experience in using NoSql, MongoDB, Cassandra or Redis
- Agile environment
Desirables:
- Strom
- Kafka
- Data modelling
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75k
