Big Data Core Developer
One of our market leading clients is urgently seeking an Big Data Core Developer to join their multinational team in a dynamic environment, using cutting-edge technologies for an exciting, well-paying and 6-12 month contract in Brussels.
THE IDEAL BIG DATA CORE DEVELOPER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
- Technical Team leading experience
- Technical problem solving and mentoring
- BigInsights expertise
- Expertise in Flume, Spark, Kafka, Avro, HBase, Hive
- Agile experience, Big Data Infrastructure expertise in terms of security
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Lead of a team that performs data acquisition and extraction and publish it for data scientists.
- Prepares a holistic planning and monitors/controls the plan on multiple Big Data PoC's and other Big Data needs of the bank on data, resource, infrastructure, Big data tools.
- He/she will also be involved in ideation phase of the Big Data PoC's and other big data needs of the bank from IT perspective and is expected to have industrialisation and operationalization expertise.
