My consultancy client is seeking a Big Data & Analytics Consultant for a 3 - 6 month contract based in Shenzhen, China.
The ideal candidate will have atleast 7+ years relevant experience.
Role:
- Share Best Practices in the domain area of proactive IT Operation Management leveraging Big Data and Analytics
- Design sets of data acquisition and analytic indexes, and analyze user behavior and business value on different categories of IT applications
- Create a framework and an approach for how analytics can be applied for different categories of IT applications, eg Office IT, Production IT etc
- Create a user portrait, and proactively push IT services according to user categories
