Bid/Proposal Manager

My NHS related Client is urgently recruiting for a Bids/Proposal Manager to work in an IT software related environment to write tenders based on instruction and detailed information from internal experts and knowledge holders referring back to them for editing and final approval. Developing and maintaining a library of tender document templates to act as a reference point for other staff involved in the tendering process and to ensure a unified and consistent. Assist other Bid Managers on the completion of bids and tenders. Facilitate the development and completion of proposals by gathering technical, commercial, financial information from a wide range of sources, from all corners of the business, in a structured manner.

I am looking for proven experience of bid writing, knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector would be a distinct advantage, as would HR and Legal. I am looking for someone who enjoys building and developing strong relationships to successfully develop their role.
