My Client, a major IT Networks company, is currently looking for a Bid Operations Manager to work as part of the EMEA PS Business Operations team (managing bids, opportunities pipeline, packaging, quotes, etc.)

This is an operational role with the opportunity to contribute and impact the quality and effectiveness of end to end business processes from pre-sales through to customer billing

As the Bid Operations Manager your main responsibilities will include:

- Partner with the PS management team and Service Business Managers
- Manage the opportunities pipeline
- Co-ordinate input to, and create customer engagement bid documentation (Statements of Work,
- Proposals, Quotes)
- Ensure customer orders are successfully booked by engaging with the finance departments and,
- when necessary, with partners and customers
- Coordinate revenue collection and invoicing processes
- Contribute to process and tools evolution and planning
- Ensure all relevant tools and databases are accurate and used effectively
- Resolve all issues in a timely matter coordinating directly with finance, legal
- Measure and report on opportunities, bid status and bid management performance towards all key customers
- Co-ordinate cross-team revenue forecasting
- Monitor and report on supporting group SLAs
- Report on Bid team metrics and performance

Skills/Qualifications (Desirable):

- Hands on exposure within Bid Management, Contracts Management, or Sales Operations
- Exposure of dealing with multiple levels and disciplines within the customer environment
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Good business awareness and judgement
- Exposure to the Networking market space for Service Provider and/or Enterprise
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities
- Good MS Office Skills (Excel, outlook, etc.)
