An opportunity has arisen for a BID OPERATIONS & KNOWLEDGE CO-ORDINATOR Reporting to the Business Operations & Support Manager within the CPS People & Assurance team, the role of the Bid Operations & Knowledge Management Co-ordinator will work across CPS.

This role primarily focuses on the following:

- Effectively support Client Services with the smooth running of the end to end bid process, and to support and ensure a bid assurance.
- Supporting the business with the provision and administration of the CPS knowledge management site critical to increase teams efficiency in delivery and ensuring easy of accessibility.
- Supporting the wider People & Assurance team as required as well as assisting the business with any ad-hoc business support needs.

As a member of a small People & Assurance team within a growing business, it is imperative that this role remains flexible and varied to support the demands of the business.

Accountabilities:

Key accountabilities but not limited to:

Bid Operations

- Administering and circulating of opportunities via the Portals & OJEU advertisements
- Monitoring Client Services mailbox & communications
- Coordinating bids and assuring bids go through the bid assurance process from opportunity to completion of sale
- Administering support to bid activity such as document compilation and organising sales meetings
- Providing support to the transition between sales and delivery including compilation of sales packs

Knowledge Management

- Developing and administering the CPS Knowledge Management site
- Bid library management & cataloguing of bid responses and sales material
- Working closely with Delivery to ensure all material is uploaded in a timely fashion eg case studies

Wider Support

- Supporting the wider PeopleANY OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT MADE BY CAPITA WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF REFERENCING, BASIC DISCLOSURE, FINANCIAL PROBITY AND ADDITIONAL VETTING & SCREENING CHECKS.
