A major financial client based in Northamptonshire are looking for a Tender Manager/Proposal Manager

Rate £450 per day
Duration: 6 months +

Key skills:
Tendering for business, not suppliers
Work with sales teams
Experience of stakeholder mgmt
Dealing with SME' at various levels
Used to working within a fast changing environments, wide product spec
Change managemet
Challenge others in constructive way

This role will convert to a perm role after the initial contract
Experience in the completion of proposals (tender/RFP responses and proactive proposals) and/or experience of bid management processes
Experience in the development, documentation and communication of proposal management procedures
Able to deliver under pressure, working on own and as part of a team, and to quality standards; attention to detail is critical in this role
Strong Microsoft Office application skills, and excellent written English and grammar
Good presentation skills, with the confidence to address groups internally and externally including engagement with customers and prospects during pre and post tender meetings
Strong analytical skills required to develop reporting requirements of role
Intellectual capacity, commercial knowledge and acumen to provide advice and consulting support to Sales and/or Relationship Managers
