Our Client, a Global Consultancy is currently seeking the services of a Bid Manager/Proposal Writer for a contract on an Security Cleared Site based in Cheshire.

We are looking to recruit a Quote/Proposal Manager to write Quotes/Proposals for high volume, low value (£50K - £1M) typical account business for Infrastructure & applications.

Role & Responsibility: 
- Produce Quotes and proposals within SLA
- Walkthrough Solution Review and DoA/Commercial Review
- Work with the client and manage expectations - eg request SLA relief
- Work with our client teams to establish Solution and valid estimates
- Capture information and articulate via Quote & Proposal documentation satisfactory to the receiving audience
- Reports directly to the PDM - Quote & Proposal area

Skills/Experience: 
- experienced with producing Quotes and Proposals to tight SLA timeframes
- experienced with requesting quotes from suppliers, organising site surveys etc...
- experienced with walking through quote/proposals in a solution and commercial review and signoff
- appreciation of infrastructure/applications
- excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- excellent influencing skills

Candidates must hold a live SC Level Security Clearance or must be willing and able to undergo SC Clearance.
