Bid Manager - Aerospace

Take up a contract opportunity to work on a very large tender across the Aerospace Industry. Work with the Bids and Tenders team to craft a highly effective tender response. Central Melbourne Location with excellent rates on offer.

KEY TASKS

Manage the physical production of the tender response volumes, including:

- Establishment of the Work Breakdown Structure for the Bid (as opposed to the project)
- Control of the development of the electronic copy of the tender response through the maintenance of the repository for tender deliverables
- Design and formatting of the response, including development of templates, graphics and writing style controls
- Presentation of the response (binder covers, tabs, dividers, index/tender map)
- Packaging and delivery of the Bid

KEY EXPERIENCE

- Minimum three years experience in a related field involving bid and proposal management.
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
- A demonstrable knowledge of the MS suite of programs. MS Word and Excel will require an advanced level of knowledge.
- Excellent business writing skills and command of English grammar.
